Transition is the final phase in the process where the project goes live. Documentation is a continuous process in MADM and in the Transition phase all necessary documents are delivered to the customer as well.
Deployment
Deployment is setting up the project on customer's server. Magnet will deploy the project or provide deployment support as necessary. A Deployment Document will also be provided at this stage. The Deployment Document contains information on how to deploy the project on the client's server. This document will be created at the beginning of the project and revised as the project progresses. The deployment document can also refer to other resources of the project - user stories, acceptance tests, unit tests etc.
Support & Maintenance
Magnet provides one month free support after the project completion. During this period, we will fix any bugs that come up in the project. In general, this period is for the software to stabilize.
Some projects may require regular maintenance. The maintenance could be regular updates to the content or feature additions in the project. This may be treated as a separate project and the complete cycle of MADM may be followed for maintenance work.
