Communication
Clear and effective communication is a pre-requisite for project success. There should be regular and effective communication between customer, project manager, team leader, developers, quality team and design team.
Feedback
Each stakeholder should also provide appropriate feedback - criticisms as well as appreciations - to others!
Courage
The methodology is not just another process driven tool, it is people driven and its value is exemplified by the courage to embrace change.
Simplicity
Despite all this, simplicity is at the heart of the MADM philosophy - simple solution design, simple code, simple processes.Yes, the best and the most important things in life are simple.
