Steps to Enable Active X controls for the browser:
Step 1:Open your browser window.
Step 2 :Click on 'Tools' menu followed by 'Internet Options'. You will see a window like
this
Step 3:Click on 'Security' tab then 'Default Level'. You will see the window like this
Step 4 :Click 'Apply' then 'Ok'.
Certificate Downloading Steps
Step 1 :Click on this link https://webra.mtnltrustline.com/LRAClaim/CertPickUp.aspx. You
will see a window like below.
Step 1 :Enter your Subscriber ID, Reference ID and Claiming Password at the respective
fields. You must have got these informations in 2 emails from the Certifying Authority.
After clicking on the submit button you will be lead to another window like below.
This form will show your Name, Reference ID and your email id.
Step 2 :Select the correct option from 'Cryptographic Service Provider Name' dropdown menu. For windows computers select 'Microsoft Based Cryptographic Provider v1.0' and press 'Generate Key' button.
After clicking 'Generate Key' , you will see a message box like this. Click 'Yes'.
Step 3 :Then You will see another message box like this. Again click 'Yes'.
Step 4 :After clicking the Yes button you will see the following message box.
Step 5 :Click 'Ok' button. Your certificate is now installed.
You can view your certificate installed in your computer browser. To see your Certificate in the Internet Explorer, please follow the initial few steps in Export method.
