Please see the following procedure to get a digital certificate.
1)Please download the application form here
2)Take a printout of the form.
3)Fill the form in Capital Letters only
4)Put your signature on the form as well as on both the pages of the subscriber agreement.
5)Please attach the copy of the following supporting documents:
i) Self Attested Copy of the PAN Card
ii) Proof of address – self attested copy of any one of latest utility bill (water, electricity, power or telephone) in the applicant's name or latest credit card bill in the applicant's name/ voter's id card/driving license/passport.
Please also provide the originals of the above two documents along with the application form for verification at the time of submission of the application. The two documents should be valid at the time of application. The address mentioned should be the same as that filled in the application form.
Please issue a check/DD in favour of “Magnet Technologies Pvt. Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai. The details of the price is described in the table below.
