Enhanced Classification
An enhanced classification system allows the admin to create categories, sub-categories, section, sub-sections and editions.

HTML support
Integrated HTML support allows advanced users to enter content with necessary formatting tags. If you are a novice, you don't need to fret. If you enter plain text, it will be automatically converted to HTML.

Multiple page support
Beehive lets you break up the content into multiple pages very easily by just specifying a keyword in the content. The software will take care of generating files for each page.

Preview Option
The preview option will allow the user to preview the content before it's being posted onto the website. This reduces errors at a later stage.

Template based design
Beehive uses different templates for different top level categories. This means you can do a custom design adhering to certain rules.

Re-generate Content
Beehive allows you to re-generate the content for your website very easily. This way you can change a template, and just regenerate the content so that all the pages have the new design now!

Search engine friendly pages
Authors can key in the Keywords and description related to the article, which is automatically inserted in the META area of the page, offering a search engine friendly website. This version also features a search engine friendly URL system - without the "?" in the URL by using a special Apache feature.

File upload support
The system allows you to attach files to your articles. This can be useful when the article needs to be supported with relevant images. Up to five files can be uploaded at once using the admin panel.

Multiple User Support
A multiple user system allows more than one user to access and monitor the workings of the website. The admin can create users with different rights - just to post the content or to edit it too.

Author Management
An author management tool facilitates the Admin to add and manage the author list. Selection and additions of authors becomes an easy task using this module. An integrated module in the content pages will link up the author name with the details of the author and the last 5 articles he has written!

Content Approval System
With an aim to provide complete Admin control, all content has to approved, before being visible on the website. Easy to use admin interface enables Add/Modify/Delete functions.

Handling External Links
Links specified as external links will be opened in a new window, which will have a link back to your website in the top-frame. Something similar to the window you see when accessing a site from Hotmail.

This feature helps you to maintain an local copy of the website for offline editing. All changes can then be exported to the online server using the Data Synchronization feature.
