Jooz.com

Jooz.com is actively involved in providing small applications that help the webmaster measure the performance and response to his website. Jooz.com is a new venture by Michael Wagner, whom we have been interacting with for quite some time now. Jooz.com believes in keeping it simple, yet effective. Michael was looking for a team, that could realize his ideas about online promotion measurement tools, and he found MagNet.

We have developed 3 different solutions for Jooz.com till now, with upgrades and version changes in one of them. We started our relation with PagePoll. A small nifty application that floats at the bottom of the page and allows visitor to rate the page as well as leave some comments. From the beginning the focus was ease of use and clean code. We developed the software so that the front-end dHTML and the backend admin sections were independent and fully customizable. The software is now in version 2 and supports many nifty features. We have added multiple language features and extensive feedback mechanism. PagePoll now sells as a commercial product from www.pagepoll.com

The next project had a clear goal of being the best mailing list management system as it matures. We developed a system for Jooz.com using PHP and MySQL and they are using it effectively. We ourselves, also use ListPilot to send out our monthly update, and are proud of the solution. ListPilot is an easy to use, feature rich application, meant for small to medium scale mailing list managers. It provides all the features Michael asked for, and then some more.
SplitHit is again a great idea. It lets you use different versions of same page on a single URL and tracks the users as they move on the site. This way you can analyze which page is working more and which is not! Michael loved the solution, and we got it right in the first shot! We also added nice reporting options to it to make it more powerful. The project is now in use on his various sites.

What makes Michael a MagNet fan is the support we provide! In almost 90% cases, the requests, problems and errors are solved within 3-4 hours. Most of the communication is almost instant even via email. MagNet's dedication to client support and satisfaction is the biggest solution for Jooz.com!
