Job Profile

This job involves building & managing customers across US, UK and Australia and building business opportunities in corporate accounts. There will be no face to face customer interaction. The role deliverables would be broadly as follows:

1) Delivering a great customer experience to customers and partners. The Business Development person will be the primary relationship owner in this segment
2) Revenue focus - growing revenue segments
3) Executing business initiatives
4) Managing pipeline health and sales processes
5)Tracking market trends - solutions, purchases - wins and losses
6) Successfully working against the deadlines
7) Pre-sales
Designing Impressive Proposals, Making presentations.
Develop and execute marketing activities as well as respond to bids, RFI and RFPs.
Responsible for selling the value proposition of the project.
Delivering various compelling concepts to the customer and drive to closure of the proposal in terms of pilots or wins.
Relentlessly focusing on driving revenue, establishing multiple contacts, solution pilots, design wins, case studies and customer references.
8) Knowledge of Project Management : Understanding and scoping requirements.
Change management, project estimation and planning.
Project cost control and quality management.
Ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must.
